When using HSL, which stands for Hue, Saturation, Light, you must use the Idea that color is a circle
which entitles you to use 360 degrees of color for the hue.
Saturation and Light are based on percentages. say to use 100% the color will be os saturated and lightened that it will look white,
and if you use 0% it will be as dark as possible. it is a good start the begin at 50% then adjust the color.
Color schemes can be choosen by yourself or there are tools to help pick colors that go good together.
One such tool is color scheme designer.
This is a great way to find HSL Numbers and percentages and Hex numbers
